5 mobility stories you should not have missed in April 2026
The mobility sector is undergoing a rapid transformation driven by autonomy, electrification, connectivity and new transport modes. Five major developments stood out in April 2026.

The 2019 LOM and 2020 Climate laws set targets for the “greening” of business fleets.
Starting in 2022 and continuing until 2030, private groups and government agencies heading large fleets (≥ 100 light vehicles) must include an increasing quota of “green” vehicles (electric and plug-in hybrids) as part of their annual fleet renewal.
The quotas applicable in 2022 were 10% for private groups, 30% for local authorities and public companies and 50% for the State.
With this in mind, Make a Move is organizing a day of exchanges to facilitate the energy transition of logistics and corporate fleets in a face-to-face format with meetings, workshops, conferences and networking at the Hôtel de Ville de Paris.
The event is specifically designed for fleet managers, CSR managers and logistics companies, with presentations by experts and companies in the sustainable fleet sector.
