EV World Congress USA 2025
The EV Infrastructure Summit USA 2025, is returning for its third year, but this time, we are officially co-located with the Battery Show South and the Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo, hosted in Atlanta, Georgia.
The summit sits as part of The Electric & Hybrid Expo, South, located in the heart of the USA’s “Battery Belt”, offering attendees the intimacy of a high-level conference, alongside an exhibition which will attract thousands of government representatives, manufacturers and buyers.
As the electric vehicle (EV) market in the U.S. surges towards a projected $94.9 billion in revenue by the end of 2024, we face a critical turning point. Over the next five years, the industry is set to grow by 10.49% annually, with unit sales expected to hit 2.32 million vehicles by 2029. Yet, as the race to decarbonize intensifies, it’s clear that infrastructure must catch up—and fast.
Grids, municipalities, carpark hosts, fleet managers, and power suppliers are the backbone of this transition. The stakes are high: a modernized grid capable of supporting over 156.3 billion dollars’ worth of electric vehicle demand by 2029; robust charging networks to serve millions of vehicles; and fleet transitions that will redefine the logistics landscape. Every sector represented here plays a vital role in ensuring the U.S. stays competitive in the global EV revolution.
But challenges remain. 56% of drivers still cite unreliable charging as the main reason for hesitancy, while grid capacity struggles to keep up with growing demand. Local governments must expand public charging points, particularly in underserved communities. Commercial fleets need clear roadmaps to accelerate their shift to zero-emission vehicles without compromising operational efficiency. Power suppliers face the dual task of strengthening grid infrastructure and integrating renewable energy to ensure reliability.
Now is the time to act. Join industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators as we tackle these challenges head-on and work together to accelerate EV adoption across the U.S. This summit isn’t just about the future—it’s about what we can accomplish today to make sustainable transportation a reality. Together, we can build the infrastructure needed to drive the EV revolution forward.
